ABOUT DR. JEANETTE
Dr. Jeanette completed his residency in general surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA and performed a Vascular Surgery Research Fellowship at the University of Washington. After residency, he was stationed on active duty in the Army as a general surgeon at Fort Hood, TX. On active duty Dr. Jeanette was deployed several times to austere environments in Afghanistan as a general surgeon. At Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, TX, he served as the Director of Bariatric Surgery.
After his time in the Army, he continued his career as a general and bariatric surgeon at Metroplex Adventist Hospital in Killeen, TX where he served as Chief of Surgery. Currently, he is a general and bariatric surgeon and Chief of Surgery for Little River Healthcare. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Jeanette is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and practices the full spectrum of general surgery.
He provides surgical care for benign and malignant diseases of the skin, breast, thyroid, parathyroid glands, stomach, small bowel, colon, rectum, anus, spleen, adrenal glands, liver and pancreas. Dr. Jeanette uses advanced laparoscopic and open techniques for hernias, cancers, heartburn/reflux disease, bariatric surgery and comprehensive abdominal problems. As Dr. Jeanette practices in Central Texas, he lives in Georgetown, TX with his wife and son.
